The Talley 1 Inch Model 70 (.860) Standard Caliber and Short Mag Low is a distinct scope install made from one-piece building. The rigid style has no joint between the scope and the rifle. The lightweight unitized style eliminates the possibility of an "out of positioning" user interface or "loose connection" between the ring and base of standard 2 piece styles. Ultimately this supplies more strength and sturdiness than rival steel rings and bases but doing it with a lighter total weight. By extruding the 7000 series alloy known for its sturdiness then precision CNC machining the install to its last style, it supplies the greatest, lightest install system on the marketplace.
