How Night Vision Functions:
Available light is gathered by the front Goal Lens, where it is transmitted through a set of optical lenses to the Electronic Intensifier Tube (E.I.T.). High levels of energy, produced by the gadget's intricate power supply, knock out electrons from the Photocathode Screen, situated on the front of the Electronic Intensifier Tube. This same energy produces an extremely static field, pressing the electrons to the Phosphorescent Screen, a sensitive layer, situated on the back of the EIT. These electrons strike the Phosphorescent Screen with great speed, triggering the screen to light up. This process produces an image, which is then amplified by the Ocular Lens situated at the back of the gadget. By browsing the ocular lens you will certainly see the image as if you just checked out a routine optical gadget, except the image will certainly appear in a monochrome green color. Lastly, the Ocular Lens provides modification for your specific vision, while the Goal Lens lets you adjust the focus according to the range of the object you are seeing.
