Manufacturer Description

The Armasight AIM PRO-L PVS-14 Kit (Advanced Integrated Mount Long for PVS-14) presents an innovative new idea of night vision targeting. This night vision device allows the operator to convert his PVS-14 or other night vision monocular into a weapon sight. It currently features a PVS-14 adapter (Armasight bracket # 62). The AIM PRO-L is included into a low-profile housing that has an important MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail grabber mount on the underside and a dovetail mount on the top. Unlike traditional systems that require the night vision unit to be installed behind a day optic, the AIM PRO-L projects the reticle straight into the Night Vision monocular lens. In practice, exactly what this indicates is that there is no more a minimized field of view through the night vision device, or any shadowed location that is challenging to translucent (brought on by traditional red-dot sights optics or outer edges). A little "HUD"-type prism on the front of the AIM PRO-L unit predicts a 65MOA "Circle" and single 3.2 MOA center aiming "Dot" straight into the night vision lens.
